Former X Factor contestant Tom Mann held a memorial for his late fiancée Danielle Hampson, who died on their wedding day.
The 28-year-old singer – who appeared on the ITV show in 2014 as part of boyband Stereo Kicks – was due to marry the 34-year-old dancer and PR executive, with whom he shared an eight-month-old son. Saturday, June 18.
Mann reposted to his Instagram Stories a photo of close friends and family at a picnic, captioned, “Today was for our Dani.”

He added, “Honestly, there are no words to describe how much I miss you Dan. Forever and always.”
Hampson’s cause of death is unknown.
Simon Cowell, Take That’s Howard Donald and The Spice Girls were among those paying tribute to the former dancer Hampson.
The Spice Girls tweeted, “We were so saddened to learn of the passing of Dani Hampson who was part of the 2019 Spiceworld family. Sending love and strength to the family and friends of Tom, Bowie and Dani.”
Donald said: ‘I’m gutted beyond words that one of our Wonderland dancers has passed away.
“What a beautiful and super talented dancer she was. I’m happy to say I danced with her and the British dance world will be shocked and saddened just like me.
Cowell said in a statement to TMZ: “As a father myself, I simply cannot imagine the grief Tom and his family are going through and will contact him personally. From my family to his, we express our deepest condolences and all our love at this tragic time. »
Man and Hampson started dating in 2015 and got engaged in December 2019, seven months after buying their first home together.
Their wedding had been delayed due to coronavirus and they welcomed son Bowie in October 2021.
Mann previously announced his death on Instagram, revealing, “I can’t believe I’m writing these words but my darling Dani – my best friend, my everything and more, the love of my life – passed away at the wee hours of Saturday morning, June 18.”
Confirming that she had died on the morning of their wedding, he continued: “What was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives ended in heartbreak that can’t be reversed. I feel like I cried a ocean. We never made it to the altar; or we have to say our vows, or dance our first dance, but I know you know you were my whole world and the best thing that ever happened to me, Danielle. I wear this ring that I was always meant to wear as a sign of my unconditional love for you.”
