The nation’s favorite exciters have been revealed in a bid to help us rekindle our sexual spark.

Indeed, not enough of us are having sex, with only 27% of us having sex every week, according to a recent YouGov survey, robbing us of the benefits for our mood, sleep and general well-being. .

So, to get us more into the mood, MattressNextDay analyzed various activation-related Reddit threads (which have over 36 million members) to identify the top 10 unexpected guilty pleasures.

The list is based on those who received the most “upvotes”, which means the user is completely on board.

1. Stretch and tie hair – 3,900 upvotes

Yes, this one came in number one, especially when “watching” their partner or whoever they’re dating stretch before tying their hair up. Although it may be perceived as exceptional excitement, stretching apparently has great benefits for your sex life.

“First, it signals to your partner that you’re making yourself more flexible, which naturally suggests that you’ll be able to use more body positions if you have sex right after stretching,” says Martin Seeley, CEO of MattressNextDay.

And this not only benefits you, but also the person stretching.

“It also gives you more energy by increasing the flow of blood oxygen to your muscles, giving you more endurance,” he added. And of course, stretching and moving your body releases endorphins, which are also released during sex, “therefore giving you the feeling of ‘reward’.”

So in theory, even though tying up hair seems like the most appealing move, you can adapt this little trick to your liking.

2. A man who rolls up his sleeves while wearing a suit – 2,250 upvotes

And the topic of food is most definitely a form of pillow talk, with MattressNextDay also revealing that 8,4000 people agree they ask their romantic partner if they should order pizza after having sex.

10. Being lightly touched on the back of the head or neck – 465 upvotes
