Hermann sausages could be back in the supermarket in the spring

Neuburger’s meatless line could be back on supermarket shelves in the spring.

The meatless line of the Upper Austrian food manufacturer Neuburger should start again in spring, reports the “Upper Austrian People’s Journal” (Tuesday edition). The vegetarian brand Hermann, which offers meat substitutes made from king oyster mushrooms, was temporarily discontinued in March due to high cost increases. “The comeback is expected to be in the spring,” said the newspaper on request from the company based in the Mühlviertel.
