Dwayne Johnson may be one of Hollywood’s busiest stars, but he still had enough time to escort a young fan to prom.

Well at least the fan – known only as Mel – brought along a cardboard cutout of the former WWE star of her school dance.

She posted several photos of herself and the cutout enjoying the end-of-year celebrations – and was then even more thrilled when Johnson re-shared her posts.

She posted: “Thank you @therock for taking me to the ball. I had so much fun. Best date a person could ask for. #dwanejohnson #therock #prom #prom2022 #promnight #itsaboutdriveitsaboutpower

Johnson shared the images Mel posted to her @smilesweetraccoon Instagram account with her cardboard cutout wearing a pink tuxedo that complemented her stunning lilac prom dress, writing, “It was absolutely my honor @smilesweetraccoon and you were the best prom date EVER!!! It’s great to meet your family and friends too. PS I’m super glad you posted this! Have a great summer dj”

Fans were quick to rave about the star, with one responding to her post, “How adorable. The generosity of the rocks knows no bounds.”

Another posted: “A real gentleman”. While a third wrote: “You are the best Dwayne.”

Even though Johnson’s cardboard cutout was able to enjoy a night out with one of his biggest fans, the Jungle Cruise actor himself has remained very busy over the past few months.

He recently finished filming DC League of Super-Pets, which is slated for release in July.

Meanwhile, his daughter Simone is set to follow in his footsteps and make her professional wrestling debut.
